I wish we could see this stuff on national broadcast so that the rest of the country can see what a belligerent, whining bully McCain really is. I mean, imagine what kind of a whining prick he was like as a plebe in the academy when he was crying to his upper-classmen about sicking his Admiral daddy on them when they were breaking him in. Or all the times he cried that same cry about his daddy every time he crashed a plane, just so he could keep from being grounded, and even get the chance to fly again. I don't even doubt he cried that same cry when he was being worked over in the Hanoi Hilton, but he can be forgiven for that, certainly.
But to be a cry-baby bully to the editors at the Des Moines Register in a sit down is beyond pathetic. As my buddy Adam would say, "someone should call the waaaaaah-mbulance" for McCain.
Here's another point I'm not ever going to give up on: just because a soldier had the misfortune of becoming a POW does not give that soldier a free pass to be a dick for the rest of his life when he is freed. You either do something good with your freedom, or you do what John McCain did, and you cheat on (and dump) your crippled wife - who waited for your return - for a rich trophy wife, or you sell out your Congressional office for favors to a criminal financier, or you help an asshole president start an unnecessary war of choice against an oil-rich Middle Eastern country, and ultimately run the most disgusting and despicable presidential campaign, completely devoid of honor and integrity.
Ladies and gentlemen, John Sidney McCain, III. The only guy who can make George W. Bush seem acceptable.

McCain-Clinton 08
"There's going to be a competition for many of Hillary Clinton's former supporters. I think many of those voters are going to consider supporting McCain. They see in him many of the same characteristics they saw in Hillary Clinton." Republiscum guv of MN, Tim Pawlenty

Hillraisers for McCant?
Outside of the RBC meeting in DC today, some Clinton supporters showed their true colors.
Are these women Republican plants, or do they really think this way? If they are for real, they're doing a terrible job at dispelling the myth of women being inherently irrational. What could be more irrational than voting against all of your principles and choosing your opponent whose platform and ideology is anathema to everything you stand for, over your competitor from the same party whose platform and ideology is nearly identical to yours?
Would Hillary supporters so willingly do their best to hand over the the future of America to John McCant, which would ensure at least another four years of disastrous Bush-style governing, the appointments of many more conservative judges and one or two justices, further erosion of our civil liberties, relinquishing even more control of our country to corporations, increased environmental devastation, and a possible complete regression of women's reproductive rights?
If Clinton supporters would rather do this just to keep Barack Obama out of the White House, then that would make Clinton supporters useless to the Democratic Party, and they should be driven out. I assert that any Clinton supporter who has threatened to vote for McCain should be driven out of the party.
If you know of any Clinton supporters, you should call them out and renounce them. That kind of behavior is despicable.
One last note:
I must say that the behavior of the Clinton supporters at the RBC meeting today has been perfectly consistent with the behavior of Clinton supporters I have encountered while campaigning for Obama. These people have been horrible, they have been exceedingly rude, they have been mean and nasty to the core. Voting for Hillary Clinton means endorsing this very type of sickening behavior. Who wants four years of that?
McCain more like Bush all the time
I honestly can't tell if he's deliberately lying or if he really believes the shit he says. Whichever it is, both disqualify as president, and both make him look just like Bush.
From Think Progress:
When under pressure, McCain has a habit of making sweeping blanket statements. Criticized for his stance on the 21st Century GI Bill last week, McCain falsely claimed he “received the highest award from literally every veteran’s organization in America.” In December, McCain made the blatantly false assertion that the he is “the only one the special interests don’t give any money to.”
McCain sounds more and more dangerous every time he opens his mouth.

No Shame McCain, Part 2
Cindy on The View, responding for the first time to plagiarism accusations. She claims that the [intern] who stole the recipes from Food Network as "now in Betty Crocker boot camp."
I always suspected Betty was a fascist.
No Shame McCain, Part 1
A white man trying to make his way on the backs of a black man again. This old coot has no shame as he tries to exploit the legacy of Civil Rights leader John Lewis for his own gain.
It was as if McCain was trying to wrap himself in the bloody shirt of John Lewis. McCain, of course, was not part of the civil rights movement. In fact, in 1983, he was one of 77 Republican House members to vote against the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. He has never been close to Lewis, according to an associate of Lewis. He did not tell Lewis he would be making this speech, and he did not invite Lewis to attend the event. Lewis learned about the speech from reporters. (And, as of this writing, Lewis has yet to comment on it.) Given Lewis' high-profile support of Obama, McCain's speech--which was far more about John Lewis than John McCain--was rather odd. After all, the "better country" that Lewis now fights for would be led by a President Obama.Disgusting.

The Real McCain
This should be a great read. I'm interested in learning more about a presidential candidate so despicable that he called his wife a "cunt" in front of reporters. Whether she is or is not in fact a cunt doesn't really matter to me, but I'd think he'd show a little more respect for the woman whose family is very much responsible for his entire political career.

American Zero
I have been trying to hold back on this for so long, but I can't hold back no more.
The main stream media and press are so far up their own asses, and McCain's too, that the only way they will report honestly about him is if that one time at band camp he got caught with a "flute" in his butt. By that merit, the same 50.55% of Americans that gave Bozo Junior another shot at flying this country nose-first into the abyss is going to happily vote for McStain no matter what. Unless of course that "matter" is Johnny's cherry belonging to another man.
Hey, I'm not the one making it up, so don't shoot the messenger! But rumor has it, that like all great hotels, the Hanoi Hilton had a brothel. And we know all Republicans love their hookers. So I'll take it on faith that Johnny Mac may not have been a taker, but his record sure shows he has been a receiver.
Parse that as you will. But I also know that the only way Mac supporters won't give him their vote is if it turns out he had a gook wiener in his mouth, or up his chuff. I would love to hear Johnny Mac defend himself on either of those. His bloated jowls looks like he's swallowed one or two before. That he even calls his trophy whore of a wife a "cunt" in front of reporters is enough of an example of his latent homosexuality.
Just for the record, if Johnny Mac came out and publicly admitted he was gay, I might consider voting for him. I would consider that more honorable than being dishonest about it, and attacking gay people in a pathetic attempt to hide one's true sexual desires. is despicable, but being gay is as natural as being straight. So, I don't care one way or the other, but I know Conservatives care. That's why Johnny Mac will forever attack gays, because he wants vengeance against the "gooks" for raping him in the Hanoi Hilton. And because of that, he can't distinguish between one brown-skinned person to the next. It's why he can't tell a Sunni from a Shi'a. To him, they're all gooks, or towel-heads, or sand-niggers, or butt rapers, or the like.
So Johnny Mac is a POW hero who deserves respect? Fuck that, fuck him, and fuck anyone who thinks that! McCrap squandered whatever respect he might have deserved back in the 80s when he was swallowing Keating's cock while helping to bail out the bogus bankers who were shitting on the people who voted for him, just like he is today. Back in Nam, he might have been an American hero, but since he's been a politician, he's amounted to nothing more than an American Zero.
But hey, if you hate America as much as John McCain and George Bush, then go ahead and vote for another four years furthering this once great country down the toilet. Shit, these last eight years have been so fucking great, lets keep this party going!

John McCain't come up with an original idea
The ever so honorable Senator from Arizona is so bereft of any new or original ideas, he has to hang his campaign on the notion of extending the George W. Bush presidency for a third term. As if that wasn't bad enough, he has had to resort to ripping off Barack Obama for a slogan in his latest ad. His new slogan, "The American president Americans have been waiting for."
The phrase McCain is copying is from one of Barack's speeches: "We're the ones we've been waiting for." Technically, Maria Shriver used the expression while endorsing Barack, so McCain is ripping off Arnie's wife. I'll bet that will make for some interesting talk around the Schwarzenegger household.
What makes it even more sad and pathetic, is that Barack's (and Shriver's) phrase is a translation of a Native American expressions (Navajo?). Barack's is a bold statement, one that speaks to service, individual responsibility, and is an inspiration to act. McCain's weak spin on it into his slogan makes it all about him, and begs nothing more than passivity on the part of his supporters.
Let me see if I've got this straight. To have the president we've been waiting for, we have to first suffer through two Bush terms, the same Bush that handed McCain his hat in 2000. Because Bush kicked McCain's ass, that would make him the better of the two. So McCain is saying that the president we've been waiting for is someone whose ass got kicked by Bush. Using McCain's logic, he's saying Americans have been waiting for a president who is worse than Bush, arguably the worst president in history. Does this mean that McCain is promising to be an even worse president than Bush? Sounds like it to me.

The election can't come soon enough!
Think about it folks, John McCain is pegging his presidency to this guy's:
